E-mail is great. I like email. It's nice to be able to send someone some information outside of real-time. It's a wonderful tool for transporting files, data, whatever.
But e-mail is not a dialogue medium for anything beyond simple questions. Chances are pretty good that if you have a question we can work out a solution in less than half the time it would take for us to go back and forth via email. And we'll probably get a lot more out of a real-time dialogue as well!
